BA Centre of Excellence (CoE) Implementation plan:
- Understanding the current capabilities of the BA team (i.e. the ‘current state’)
- Identification of key components of the IIBA / BABOK charter in use / not in use
- Draft mapping of high-level ‘As-is’ operational process flows with identified owners
- List of key risks, controls, KPIs, issues/bottlenecks to be addressed
- Understanding and documenting the desired capabilities of the BA team (i.e. the ‘future state’)
- Preparing the BA CoE Roadmap and Implementation plan
Three-year Corporate IT Strategy and Roadmap:
- Designing and facilitating current state workshops across the entire business
- Engaging external vendors for competitor analysis
- Designing and facilitating Target State Workshops
- Producing Target State Assessment Packs
- Delivering the IT Strategy & Roadmap, including gap analysis, benefits, costs, competitor analysis
- Delivering Concept Papers and Business cases in accordance with the strategy
