The Gladstone Area Water Board (GAWB) was established in 1973. It’s main purpose is to ensure the long and short-term water needs of current and future customers are met in ways that are environmentally, socially and commercially sustainable.
GAWB engaged Newton Group to assist them in the development of ICT strategy, business requirements and business case documentation for recent projects including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project and the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) project. Deliverables also included vendor assessments, costs and gap analysis and vendor recommendations.
